How to buy

Each product on sale on shop.danesemilano.com is equipped with a detailed card, that can be seen when you click on the picture. Surf in the catalogue and when you find the product you want to buy, click on the Shopping cart. On the right side - “Shopping bag” - there will always be the product code, description, quantity, price and amount of what you have put in the shopping bag. You can cancel or add a single item, or you can empty or save your shopping bag. When finishing purchasing, if this is the first time, click on “register to purchase”, click on “Unregistered” fill in the form, read the terms of personal data management and the terms of sale and “ accept conditions”. After registering we will send you an e-mail to confirm registration containing the data you have put in. Now you will be asked to choose delivery place and terms of payment. At this point your order will be “to confirm” and it will be given a shopping bag number. At this point it will not be possible to modify your order on line; to do it, you will have to send an e-mail to the address: cs@worldwayweb.com by mentioning the shopping bag number. You will get an e-mail for receipt of order , pay attention, it is not an order confirmation , (you will get this only later and only after that all checking on your order have been accomplished). After checking the order, you will get an e-mail of confirmation and you will be given the number of order confirmation. To check your old orders you have to put in user name ( your e-mail) and your Password ( what you have chosen at the time of registration) and click on Login. Clicking on the link “ my orders”, you will be reminded of order number and date, delivery address, status of order execution and Courier; by clicking on order number you will be able to see and print all data concerning the order.

Personal Data Management

During order execution you will be requested some personal data to carry out delivery , and you will be asked to accept management of such data according to the regulations in force. World Way Web cannot execute any order of those Customers who have not returned them the “acceptation of personal data management” .

Product Unavailability

If products ordered are not available, we will inform you promptly

Limits

Minors than 18 are not authorized, if not under supervision of an adult member of their family, to forward orders by means of the on- line order form.

Invoicing

If you need the invoice, you have just to put in the registration form your corporate name, registered office and VAT number. We remind you that delivery place can differ from the address put in this form. Invoice will be sent you by e-mail at the same time of the order execution.
